INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Herbal Margarine (Palm), Skimmed Milk Powder, Modified Starch, Colorant (E150d, E160a, E 110, E 122) Flavoring (Milk and Caramel), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin E322).
Preservative (potassium sorbate E202), Acidity Regulator (Malik Acid (E296)).
ALLERGEN WARNING: Contains milk powder and lecithin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: It is used by mixing 10% -20% in order to flavor pastry creams and cream whites. It is also used for desserts, cakes and cakes for decoration and filling purposes.
