Description
Is an emulsifier-free all-purpose bread improver, designed to yield high volume, good crumb structure, good crust color at low dosage rates
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Enzymes (Amylase, Glucoxidase, Lipase), Antioxidant Agent (E300).
Application
Suitable for all kind of bread mixes.

Process
- Blend cake mix with egg for 1 m on slow speed
- continue mixing 2m second speed
- scrape the bowl
- add water and oil and continue mixing 2 m on second speed
- deposit as desired (baking times will vary according to drop weights)
